Dégustation à l aveugle. Nez sur des notes chaudes et gourmandes : chocolat/caramel, fût toasté , ça rappel certains Belize. La bouche commence avec de l âpreté , comme des baies sauvages. La gourmandise revient sur le chocolat noir, caramel le boisé . La bouche s estompe sur une douceur caramel toffee coco .habituellement je ne suis pas trop fan des Nicaragua que je trouve un peu trop astreingents, mais ici la gourmandise prend le dessus.
Boisé puissant et gourmand qui se transforme super cacao torréfié avec une belle et longue finale sur ce goût Nouvelle dégust, je baisse un peu la note car le Jam est un peu trop présent pour moi. Je préfère un profil Nicaragua 100%
ZODIAC 2024 – LION – Nicaragua 17 ans – Finish Hampden H – 61.5% Dégusté en masterclass à Lille. Tout en rondeur, coco, caramel, fruité, et un gros chocolat. Beaucoup ont apprécié, mois également même si ce n’est pas mon profil, c’est très bien fait.
