Dégusté au salon Rhum Fest Paris, notes partielles. Une dégustation très cool, et 2 rhums surprenants, pas simple à capter DU TOUT celui-ci. Des notes sucrées, mielleuses, un peu de cire d'abeille.. et c'est tout ? A revoir !
Un beau résultat que ce pur jus avec une fermentation de 7 jours. Je préfère légèrement on profil à celui du " sur nos pistes ".ici on est sur une belle texture grasse, le fruité sur tourne une douceur aux agrumes sans acidité. De la fraîcheur mentholée qui évolue sur le réglisse
