One of the best Fijis I have ever tasted. Note that I am one who prefers their Fiji less “feral”. So, this is just going to sip so well, with creamy bourbon notes that are underpinned by a fanatic distillate. A lot of recent Fijis I have encountered can be a bit sour or offputting with one or two notes or in the finish, but this is just incredibly satisfying. Will be buying as many as I can.
