It was distilled in 2004 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 19 years 8mo. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 57,6%. Wow a fruity Fiji, first time I enjoy a Fiji so much without the glue. Rather closed nose but the taste makes up for it. It's very enjoyable but not worth the price tag.
