The "Single Barrel Fiji Rum" was produced in Fiji at the South Pacific distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Bedford Park. It was distilled in 2004 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 19 years 8mo. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 57,6%. Wow a fruity Fiji, first time I enjoy a Fiji so much without the glue. Rather closed nose but the taste makes up for it. It's very enjoyable but not worth the price tag.
