Dégusté lors de la masterclass à Lille. Une belle cuvée. Fût de cognac LHERAUD, STR de la tonnellerie Navarre avec une chauffe ambrée. Nez : Côté eau de vie et abricots. Bouche : Pourquoi pas de la framboise, belle texture huileuse, un bois déjà relativement présent pour son age. Une influence chêne français sur la finale.
Vieillie en fût de cognac Lhéraud et STR de chez Navarre, chauffe ambrée. Au nez, ça part direct sur l’eau-de-vie. En bouche, une petite note d’acidité qui débarque, texture un peu beurré. Finale douce avec une touche de chêne français.
