How does this rum taste?
RumX members find this T.D.L Trinidad single cask interesting, with coconut, tropical fruit and nougat on the nose once it has rested in the glass. On the palate it leans to caramel, chocolate and wood with a noticeable barrel influence and medium-long finish. Not the classic T.D.L profile and the alcohol is a bit present, but it can please fans of wood-forward, coconut-driven rums in limited releases.

An excellent TDL with a lovely nose (once rested in the glass), a powerful, greedy and fruity palate, and a fairly long finish.
Ouch 🤕 Nose : close to nothing Mouth : Very very thin, watery, sweet. It's wood juice. I wish I could tell nice thing about this rum but I can't. Reminds me of the latest "cheap" TDL from Vallinch and Mallet, not a compliment.
