"Goûté il y a quelques semaines directement chez Excellence Rhum , j'ai eu l'occasion de donner plus de temps à ce rhum surprenant. Cette seconde dégustation me plaît un peu moins que la première qui m'avais réellement laissé une impression de pur jus funky. Cette fois, je le trouve très Worthy Park mais je trouve la canne plus discrète. Le cote végétal est quand même bien présent et amène une touche très surprenante sur ce type de rhum."
"Quelle découverte ce jamaïcain très atypique ! Couleur presque trouble, ni trop claire, ni trop fonsée. Nez esterisé, vernis mais avec une présence incroyable de fruits jaunes, limite exotiques mais avec beaucoup de sucre. La bouch attaque précisément sur un Jamaique mais va très vite sur la gourmandise, le sucre voire le bonbon ! Jamais dégusté un jamaïcain aussi gourmand ! Une révélation ! Finale sur le sucre roux, également sur la pâtisserie."
