Nez : Fêve de cacao, léger boisé, des notes de pâtisseries, de croissant. Fruits rouges en avançant dans le verre, et pointe de fraicheur.Avec aération : une légère note fumée, presque viandard. Au début assez classique, mais finalement intrigant ce nez. Bouche : Moyenne, sans surprise. les fruits secs, une bonne dose de chocolat au lait, une belle sucrosité, et des petites épices. Finale : Moyenne. beaucoup plus boisée & torréfiée, une pointe d’amertume en trop (pour moi). Autour de 90€, c’est pas mal du tout finalement, dans ce style Panama - j’ai vu 3x plus cher et moins sympa
Top value for money
Ptetty nice Panama. The nose is quite gentle and bit confectionary/bakery. It reminds me of croissants/buns filled milk chocolate. The palate is quite sweet, balanced by dried fruit and wood, nice spicy finish, alcohol integrated very well.
