Un rhum de mélasse cubaine à longue fermentation distillé en France. Pas commun, c'est le moins que l'on puisse dire. Et forcément, le résultat est étonnant et le nez ne ressemble à rien que je connaisse. Du solvant façon Jamaïque, du citron vert, des tanins discrets. Étonnant. En bouche, un premier regret : la réduction est très importante et a dû être rapide car on a une sensation aqueuse pas très agréable. Du caramel, de la vanille, du solvant, des zestes d'agrumes. Un alcool légèrement piquant. Finale poivrée sur le zeste de citron. Un OVNI plutôt bien fait.
