L’histoire est belle… mais est elle suffisante ? Etant amateur et non armateur ;-) du chocolat et du café grain de sail, j’ai voulu tester leur rhum affiné en dynamique dans des fus sur le pont du bateau grain de sail 2. Bon… l’histoire est belle mais j’ai l’impression qu’on s’adresse ici à la masse et non à l’amateur : très peu d’information sur ce qu’on a dans la bouteille… sur son veillissement, sur l’assemblage…. Et que ce soit le nez ou la bouche, ce rhum m’a déçu. Le veillissement en fut bercé par le tangage du bateau semble être purement marketing…. Le rhum n’est pas mauvais en soit… mais il est loin d’être complexe. Les saveurs ne se bousculent pas au portillon… Est ce que cela vaut 50 Euros ?! Il y a tellement de rhum meilleur pour ce prix…. Je ne l’ai pas trouvé chez mon caviste mais dans une épicerie fine. J’aurais tout aussi bien pu le trouver au détour d’une opération commerciale en supermarché. Déçu ? Oui… vraiment.
