Very interesting dégustation - nose as pâtissier - quite easy to drink and pleasant
Fût très marqué après ouverture de la bouteille. On sent vraiment le bourbon à plein nez. Passé outre cela, le rhum reste très bon avec des notes de gras, de bois et de canne fraîche intéressante.
An extremely woody young rum. A cane that has benefited from the sun. It's a bit like America in the tropics. The result is close to dynamic aging.
