"Un rhum blanc de chez Dillon qui semble bien élaboré. Au nez, les arômes de fruits exotiques et de citron vert viennent de prime abord, suivis par la canne à sucre et ses notes végétales. Les notes fruitées évitent de tomber sur un rhum trop tourné sur les arômes agricoles, ce qui est plutôt plaisant. L’attaque en bouche présente une belle longueur et de très jolis arômes de camomille pour le côté floral et de fruit de la passion pour le côté plus fruité et gourmand. C’est à la fois sec et très gouleyant. La finale, de longueur correcte, apporte un côté végétal avec de l’herbe (foin) et légèrement épicé qui se confondent bien aux fruits exotiques. Un rhum blanc plus savoureux qu’il en a l’air, pour un prix dérisoire."
