8,2:On the nose, the first impression we get is a juicy, herbaceous and grassy sugarcane honey, slightly earthy and flowery, with citrus fruits, some rubber, toasted wood with caramelized notes, spices like vanilla and anise. On aeration, green fruits like apple, pear arise, with yellow fruits, later plum, the cane is herbaceous, perhaps we notice some tobacco, as the wood gives us nuts, biscuits, pepper. 8,5:On the palate, the attack is tasty with minty sugar cane honey, tea and pencil shavings, the slightly roasted wood notes with nuts(walnuts), milk chocolate, later coffee, spicy with pepper, vanilla and fruits with orange peel, yellow fruits and later banana. On oxidation, the cane is candied, herbaceous and flowery, earthy with tobacco, mineral, darker with black tea and licorice. 8,2:The finish is medium long, slightly tannic, dry, as the sugarcane honey is grassy, mineral and flowery, later herbaceous, with some tea, the wood roasted, smoky with coffee, nuts, spicy with pepper, anise and we have dried, yellow and citrus fruits..
Didn't impress me. Classic Bielle but with no great depth. Alcohol could also be better integrated. And just one nice bottle (also 0.5 l) doesn't justify the price.
