Hier ein schöner Longteau, kommt in der Nase sehr frisch und fruchtig daher. Kursche ist hier hervorzuheben. Am Gaumen kann man dann zusätzlich noch das Fass schmecken. Ein nicht ganz so gut eingebundener Alkohol verhindert eine bessere Bewertung.
Nase: frische Würze, ein Hauch Anis, Fruchtigkeit von Johannisbeere mit Zitrussptitzer, leichte Schärfe vom Alkohol, aber nicht unangenehm. Saure Süße von Kirschen. Gaumen: zunächst kurz Zuckerrohr, dann über eine kurze bittere Holznote zur fruchtigen Kirsche. Und dann in einem Bogen zur Zitrus. Schön eingebundener Alkohol. Im Abgang in die Länge gesteckte leichte Bitterkeit von lange gezogenem Tee. Angenehm und lecker.
