🟣 HBS – VSOP Esquisse Martiniquaise Premier VSOP de l’Habitation Beauséjour, ce rhum a été distillé en 2020 dans un petit alambic traditionnel, puis vieilli 4 ans en fûts de chêne ex-Cognac. Tiré à seulement 1200 exemplaires, il rend hommage à l’écrivain Lafcadio Hearn, qui a su capturer l’âme de la Martinique dans son œuvre du même nom. 🔸 Nez : floral, herbacé, agrumes, touche d’épices. 🔸 Bouche : vanille, épices douces, bois discret. 🔸 Finale : fraîche, nette, sans lourdeur. Une cuvée prometteuse qui annonce de futurs vieux très intéressants.
