Příjemná svěží ovocná vůně s vanilkou. Pokračujeme ve stejném duchu i do chutě. V závěru sušené ovoce, svěží červené plody, vanilka a propsaný sud. Vše na sebe plynule navazuje. Nenáročný rum, sherry finiš dost pomohl, celkově spokojenost.
Zajímavé, asi první kanadský rum co jsem pil.
Pleasant nose, a bit strong on the palate
Unfortunately very weak on the nose. Young wood, bourbon-like. Slight fruitiness. On the palate, those bourbon notes are then much more intense, overall better than the nose. The sherry finish is subtle on the finish.
