"Sensationelle Gelegenheit, die mir Sven von Rum Rarities hier ermöglicht hat. Herzlichen Dank dafür! Einen Clement von 1819 im Glas zu haben ist definitiv ein besonderes Erlebnis. An der Nase kommen angesichts der parfümierten Kirsch-Zimtnote Assoziationen zu Courcelles auf, allerdings kommen nach und nach mehr estrigen Fruchtaromen dazu, die an alte Grand Aromes erinnern. Am Gaumen ein erstaunlich rundes Bild, auch hier wieder frische Frucht, Gewürze, etwas Holz, eine tolle Restsüsse und im Abgang ein Zuckerrohr-Noten. Eindrückliche Qualität mit einer geradezu unfassbaren Historie."
