The "Barbados 21" was produced in Barbados at the Foursquare distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler The Duchess. It was distilled in 2001 from Molasses with a Pot and Column Still and then aged for 21 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 54,5%. 🥥 The Duchess - Foursquare 21 ans - 2001 - 54.5% I was hoping for a typical Guyana 2002-style bottling (pure still)... but no! Here, we're on a pure Foursquare profile, with a nice dose of coconut and nice length.
Liquid Leuven 2025 Relevation of the day for me. It's been a long time since I had a Foursquare that blew me away. Extra coconut. Really like the extra long finish. Reminds me a bit of Velier Principia.
