"Un nez assez violent avec du piquant en premier, puis des fruits, de l’atelier mécanique, du boisé et du rôti. La bouche est étonnamment douce, presque acqueuse au tout début. Moins de fruits qu’au nez. Puis de la mélasse, du bois de cèdre, du goudron et du caoutchouc et des fruits. Les arômes sont marqués mais l’ensemble est plutôt doux. La finale est superbe avec de la réglisse qui amène encore plus de complexité. Un boisé profond avec de l’atelier mécanique dans le verre vide. Un HTR 1997 avec de la puissance maîtrisée. Très bon !"
