“The poured glass from my freshly opened bottle smelled as if I just stepped into a workshop where someone fooled around with rubber, plastic, oil and dirt. Delicious! The rum settled down a little after 30 minutes in the glass to reveal the classic Caroni taste profile. I loved the woody licorice finish.”

“Le nez attaque sur une belle corbeille de fruits gourmands et le caramel au beurre. Après un certain temps cette gourmandise laisse place au vrai visage de Caroni avec le caoutchouc et le cirage. En bouche pas de doute on est bien à Trinidad avec ce côté sale et gourmand à la fois,les fruits se font beaucoup plus discrets qu'au nez. Un délicieux caroni”
