"A very pleasant nose, very pastry-like and slightly fruity, not at all phenolic. After some time in the glass, the smokiness of the oak is clearly visible. An initial round, almost brioche-like note gives way to fruitiness, ending on a woody sweetness. In short, I highly recommend it."
