Édit : nouvelle dégustation au calme. Meilleur que dans mon souvenir. Frais fruité, presque sur le cerise au nez. Et des fruits exotiques en plus de la canne fraîche en bouche. Cool. Dégusté au Multi Verres Spirits à Lyon en février 2025 : j’avoue que je l’attendais tellement que je suis resté un peu sur ma faim. nez un peu droit Bouche orangée épicées légère Finale légère caramel chocolat au lait Texture un poil aqueuse
Goûté lors du RhumFest Paris 2025. Après le Karakoli, on reste sur une première pour Baie des Trésors avec ce rhum vieux joliment marqué par son fût. Plus sombre que le Karakoli mais très agréable. Épicé, frais. De la canelle. Très agréable.
On the nose, it's very inviting: wood, spices and a lovely honeyed sweetness. On the palate, the attack is dry: the tannins take over directly, with a good dose of bitterness. The finish is rather average, with that bitterness hanging on. In short, it gets off to a great start with a classy nose, but on the palate, it goes a little freestyle, too lively and bitter to really convince.
Endlich Mal ein etwas ältere baie des Tresors der zeigt was hier in Zukunft noch für eine tolle Qualität kommen könnte. Schöne würzige Aromen von Zimt, Piment und Muskat, angenehme Holzigkeit und etwas Birne und getrocknete Aprikose. Angenehm zu trinkender Agricole...
