Nagellack, Grappa bzw. Tresterbrand an der Nase und primär pflanzliche Aromen, sowie leicht birnig mostig... 28 Tage Fermentation, holy moly. Am Gaumen eher Salzig, Olivenlake, Artischockenboden und Heu ... Spannend und sehr speziel, wird nicht mein Favorit!
Puh, heftige Nase - Nagellackentferner pur. Floral/Trester wie Grappa. Sehr speziell. Am Gaumen sehr wild, überreife Früchte und fleischig. Salzig und Oliven. Spannendes Experiment.
