Das virgin American oak gibt hier den Ton an, viel Bourbon-artige Aromen wie Sauerkirsche, Karamell, Popcorn, tonkabohne, getoastete Eiche, Bratapfel und Honig aber auch Tannine und eine leichte Säure vom Fass. Angenehm zu trinken, gute Alkohol Integration, sehr ausgewogen und lecker. aber insgesamt nicht der komplexeste. Extrem beeindruckende Performance für 14 Monate.
Great American Oak influence, which tames the high ester distillate well. Very tasty and spicy. I really like it.
