“What a lovely rum. A very well balanced one of its kind. Roasted oak from nose to finish topped with fruit and some spice and caramel. There is a slight hint of chocolate in there as well, though very faint. The palate is lightly dry and the finish long and dry. Leave the glass after you finish and nose it after a few hours or the next day.”
