To Foursquare
"Quite a good Foursquare. I rested this one for some time and it seems to have worked. On the nose I am getting lots of vanilla with tropical fruits. Same again on the palate with some chocolate as well? Lots of fruits. Quite well balanced with good alcahol integration. Some wood but not bitter. Medium length finish. All these fourquares are quite similar! This one being one of the earlier private casks it's quite rare, I managed to get a bottle on auction at a reasonable price before they went a bit crazy."
"What a lovely rum. A very well balanced one of its kind. Roasted oak from nose to finish topped with fruit and some spice and caramel. There is a slight hint of chocolate in there as well, though very faint. The palate is lightly dry and the finish long and dry. Leave the glass after you finish and nose it after a few hours or the next day."
"Foursquare all the way - men alkoholen er meget fremtrædende."
