In der Nase Kräuter und feine Noten von Litchi. Im Geschmack dann der ganz angenehme Geschmack einer Heuwiese mit dezenter Süsse. Im Abgabg dann eine leichte Litchi-Note. Den Rotwein-Einfluss kann ich nur ausgesprochen versteckt wahrnehmen. Mein erster japanischer Rum. Spannend!. Aber wie mein Vorredner hab ich wenig Agricole-Erfahrung!
Mein erster Rum aus Japan, dazu noch ein Agricole, auf dem Gebiet bin ich noch Neuling. Die Aromen aus dem Weinfass dominieren, blind an der Nase hätte es auch ein Rotwein sein können. Lässt man ihm etwas Zeit verflüchtigen sich die Weinaromen und das pflanzliche kommt eher durch. Nicht so ganz meins, aber dennoch irgendwie spannend und Mal was ganz anderes. Bin auf die Bewertungen der Agricole-Kenner gespannt.
