RumX Adventskalender Tag 10 Nase .... Floral, Blumig. Zitrusfrüchte, Zuckerrohr. Limrettenschale . Gaumen ... Alkoholisch, Zitrusfrüchte, Floral , leicht Salzig. Zitronen/Limettenschle leicht Bitter aber passt zum Rum .
Was für eine Bombe im RumX Kalender Tag 10. Fiese Nummer einen Rum zu nehmen, den es eigentlich gar nicht gibt 😉. Anfangs war ich ein wenig überfordert, weil mir dieser unaged nicht wirklich zusagen. Aber nach einiger Zeit des Atmens, wird er deutlich zugänglicher. Für mich trotzdem pur nichts, aber als Mixer bestimmt sehr interessant. Für die 80% die er angeblich haben soll, ist der Alkohol dann doch ziemlich gut eingebunden. Hätte diesen als weit weniger eingeschätzt.
Tag 10 des RumX-Adventskalenders: Ein handwerklich einwandfreies, sauberes Destillat, bei dem aber erkennbar ist, dass hier Obstbrenner am Werk waren. Die fruchtigen und pflanzlich-frischen Kopftöne wurden sehr gut eingefangen und trotz der sehr hohen Alkoholstärke ist der Rum zu keinem Moment scharf oder spritig. Allerdings wurde meines Erachtens der Cut etwas zu früh gesetzt, weshalb der würzige Gegenpol fehlt, was für einen doch recht kurzen und unscheinbaren Abgang sorgt.
RumX Adventskalender Tag 10. Ein Schweizer Overproof mit 80%. Schließe mich meinen Vorrednern an, am Anfang dachte ich auch es wäre ein Obstler. Wirkt leicht fruchtig aber doch recht alkoholischen in der Nase. Am Gaumen dann noch intensiv pflanzlich. Alkohol recht gut eingebunden, trotzdem sehr intensiv spürbar.
