How does this rum taste?
Pampero Blanco is a Venezuelan rum produced at the Licorero del Centro distillery. Crafted from molasses and distilled in a column still at 37.5% ABV, it offers a distinctive aroma characterized by caramel, fruity notes, and hints of lime and dark chocolate. Almost cakey nose, tastes cakey too, vanilla, butter. Very nice with little burn and very little to be offended by, just wish it tatsed a tad stronger. Very short finish.

Unfortunately, there were only two types of rum to choose from at Leipzig Zoo. Pampero and Eldorado 12, but I decided to go for the latter because I think it goes better with cola. As the saying goes, when in need, the devil eats flies
