Tasted at Spirits Days in Tournai, quick notes: Nose: ester, fruit, flambéed banana Mouth: caramelized banana, a real dessert, esters of course, not too big a slap on the alcohol (or esters for that matter). In short: in the top of the lounge without hesitation. Young but thoroughly enjoyable, and already well marked. Very greedy for this level of ester and youth. Edit: a little more nuttiness, and a little more alcohol bite.
An intriguing but very positive tasting for me. On the nose: bananas, ester, dried fruit and alcohol. On the palate, the same markers are present: ester and the taste of flambéed bananas. Good length. Typical Jamaican rum, very particular, you have to like this style, personally it's very very good for me!
