“full-length enmore rum. sensational. when you think he gets too bitter, he just gets the curve and is surprisingly fruity, fresh and not too woody. very nice part for the age!liquid forest walk! From moss to mushroom to berry to tree bark to pine needle.... Very horny and perfectly balanced at 48%.”

“Strong Enmore! Initially somewhat disappointed by the few percent, I must say that it comes along incredibly balanced. Very complex, dark and deep with the typical distillery character, plus proper wood, but for my aversion of bitterness just right. With a few percent more he would probably still create a few points more, because he loses especially on the palate quickly in strength, but otherwise really great!”
