“Charrette from Reunion is a collaboration between the other distilleries in Reunion. It’s said to be the most bought rum in Reunion. It’s produced from sugar cane syrup which means that it’s not an Agricole, instead it’s a French styled Traditional rum. Overall an easy consumable not very demanding rum for someone used to Agricole’s Blanc 50-55%. Tested it in a TI Punch and it worked well, but I prefer an stronger Agricole Blanc. I’m quite sure it will fit quite good in any rum drink, especially better than any multi column produced white rum.”
