Un Mhoba déroutant tellement il sort de la gamme, mais un beau Mhoba ! Beaucoup plus sur le beurre, la vanille, le cacao. Rien de compliqué ou provocateur comme on peut le craindre parfois chez eux. Que du plaisir, un vrai dessert type tarte tatin avec un léger fumé (fut de woodford réserve sûrement).
