Dégusté au salon Multi Verres Spirits à Lyon en février 2025 : beurre, réglisse nez un poil fermentaire prometteur. En bouche, super gras petit côté sucré sympa puis Fruits à coque blancs, anis. Très complet !
Mieux que le 2022, mais encore une belle marge de progression.
