The "le flamant rhum" was produced in France. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Ferroni. It was distilled in 2023 from Sugar cane juice with a Pot Still and then aged for Unaged. Dégusté au salon Multi Verres Spirits à Lyon en février 2025 : beurre, réglisse nez un poil fermentaire prometteur. En bouche, super gras petit côté sucré sympa puis Fruits à coque blancs, anis. Très complet !
Mieux que le 2022, mais encore une belle marge de progression.
