“I found that this rum has to sit in the glass for 30 minutes before you get the full experience. Once ready it's a wonderful sip with a lot of nose and nice palate to follow. One of the first rums from Guatemala I've tried that is dry, but really well balanced. Remember to let it rest for at least 15 minutes!”
