The change from the fruity start to a peppery mid-palate, followed by something metallic, is exciting. The honey is then clearly present in the finish. A multi-faceted, fresh, fruity representative of the Zacapa family.

Initially very fruity with vanilla, as it progresses the sweetness subsides in favor of some white pepper. Quite a long finish with a little oak and well-balanced alcohol.
