It was distilled in 2011 from Molasses with a Pot and Column Still and then aged for 13 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 55,3%. Eine erwartete Barbadosnote die etwas an Rauch erinnert. Dies ist aber nur zu Beginn zu bemerken, bevor Fassnoten und Vanille die Oberhand bekommen. Im Mund ist ein kräftiger Barbadosrum der mit fruchtigen Aromen und Lignin den Alkohol von 55,3% gut einbaut und die alkoholschärfe in Pefferaroma darstellt.
