How does this rum taste?
Easy Peasy No.6 is a limited-release agricole rum from Marie Galante’s famed Bielle distillery, bottled by Swell de Spirits. Distilled in 2023 from fresh sugarcane juice and unaged at 59.9% ABV, it delivers a vibrant ti-punch experience with citrus, lemon peel, sugarcane, and a hint of vanilla. The palate reveals lively vegetal notes paired with a fresh lemon and citrus kick, finishing with a warming alcohol presence. Lille - Swell Masterclass - notes : Pas grand chose à dire, j’adore Bielle, j’avais déjà investi dans 2 bouteilles d’une précédente cuvée « On Tour » de la même distillerie, que j’apprécie particulièrement. Édit : présente au rhum fest, et médaille d’or ! Ici on retrouve une belle canne, la chaleur habituelle de cette distillerie, des agrumes, du citron, pour un jus riche, proche d’un ti-punch – prêt à l’emploi – pas besoin d’y rajouter quoi que ce soit.
Let's open the next bottle right away :) Here we have a nice Agricole from Swell. Typical agricole notes, we have citrus fruits and sugar cane here. Of course also very herbal on the nose and palate.
Première dégustation (d'une longue série) sur le stand de Swell de Spirits lots du RhumFest Paris 2025. Un Bielle plutôt typique avec une canne omniprésente, un zeste de citron rafraîchissant, des agrumes, un côté très végétal. Réussi. Puissant et chaud. Notes iodées en fin de bouche.
This rum is as good as it gets: you're catapulted straight back to Martinique as if you were sipping a to-punch, even without adding anything! Really nice!
