Bristol PM Crosstasting #5: im Direktvergleich mit der Abfüllung Haromex am Ende durch die intensivere, lang anhaltendere Kirsche im Gaumen ein Ticken besser. In Nase und Gaumen zudem gebrannter Zucker sowie schöne Kräuter- und Röstaromen.
Nicht nur angesichts der Eckdaten findet sich sehr viel Nähe zum Haromex-Release aus 2022 - ich habe keine Angaben dazu, vermute aber eine Fassteilung. Knackige Würze von Piment, Anis, Lakritz und einem Hauch Vanille, dazu das zu erwartende Holz und die Röstaromatik flankiert mit öliger, aber nicht überlagernder Süsse von Karamell und Melasse. Im Abgang dann etwas zu zurückhaltend. Schönes PM-Release ohne letzte Intensität.
Im Direktvergleich mit all seinen Brüdern aus 1999 tanzt er mit einer recht fruchtigen, „gemüsigen“ Note aus der Reihe
