The Rum Exchange Belize #003 is a single cask rum distilled at the Travellers distillery in 2009. Aged for 10 years, it boasts a robust ABV of 60.8%. This rum offers an aromatic profile dominated by honey, vanilla, and dried fruits, wrapped in a caramel and slightly alcoholic envelope. The palate mirrors the nose with strong notes of vanilla, sweetness, oak, and cocoa, creating a balanced yet potent taste. Nemůžu tvrdit, že jsem velký fanda Belize, nicméně pokud to mám porovnat s ostatníma rumama z této destinace tak jsem spokojen. Ve vůni spousta karamelu, vanilky a sladkosti. Chuť nepřekvapí, opět sladkost, karamel trochu sudu, perníčků a cukrárny. Pěkně integrovaný alkohol, moc příjemné.
It’s a Traditional Single Cask Rum from Travellers bottled by Rum Exchange. It’s distilled 2009 and bottled in just 252 bottles in 2019. It’s the best rum I’ve tasted from Belize so far. Aromas and flavors is spicy, woody and sweet.
