#5136 21.02.2025 Battle of the white evening. Nose Fresh, light floral, light honey, fruits, light dried fruit, faint caramel, light vegetal. Palate Fresh, round, light floral, light chocolate, faint dried fruit, light citrus, light honey. Finish Medium long, fruits, light floral, light chocolate, faint caramel, light honey. Empty glass Light caramel, honey, light coconut, light flowery.
It is clean, fresh and vegetal on the nose and palate with a relatively short finish. It is simple and not especially interesting sipped neat, but a quality product nonetheless. I’m not sure if it is the same distillate as the unaged lower proof product but I got a little more from the unaged lower proof version.
