Der hier ist ähnlich zu dem eben verkosteten Clairin. Die Nase ist ausschließlich pflanzlich und floral. Am Gaumen ebenfalls sehr pflanzlich und floral, nur das hier noch diverse Kräuter mit von der Partie sind.
Dégusté au salon Rhum Fest Paris, notes partielles. J'ai vraiment apprécié ce blanc, bien frais, une belle canne végétale, un peu d'agrumes, de poire, de poivre blanc léger. Une texture agréable. C'est un blanc élégant et assez fin.
Un blanc très original, marqué par la fraîcheur. L'étiquette dit "des notes florales, poivrées et anisées", c'est peut-être l'anisé qui donne cette fraîcheur. La Bouche est très inhabituelle et agréable, encore cette fraîcheur , j'aurais dit presque menthe bleue. Fraîcheur toujours sur la longueur moyenne avec un peu plus d'épices. Belle réussite dans l'originalité pour moi, je recommande.
