“Das ist eine sehr gute 1997er Caroni-Fassauswahl von the Rum Cask. In der Nase ein schönes Wechselspiel zwischen Werkstatt und Frucht. Am Gaumen mehr auf der Werkstatt und holzigen Seite.. passt aber noch sehr gut. Im nicht allzu langem Abgang wieder dieses schöne Wechselspiel von Frucht und Werkstatt. Echt lecker 😋”

“Nose is very nice and balanced. Adding more intense fruity notes to the 97 profile. This is a very nice nose out it the batch. Very nice on the palate as well. Well balanced between dirt, dried fruits and some sweetness. Top notch out of the 97 batch.”
