Vieilli en fûts de bourbon puis en fûts neufs de chêne américain, il dévoile un profil aromatique affirmé, mais maîtrisé. À titre personnel, je le trouve bien plus à mon goût que le Sauvage de Bielle, justement parce qu’il est... moins sauvage ! Comme on dit : jamais deux sans trois... 😉
