“The nose is very greedy and pastry, it is light in mouth. We are clearly on a molasses rum. We find some nice woody, minty freshness but especially beautiful candied fruits. We are clearly on caramel with raisins! A very promising nose on the good fruit cake of grandma. In the mouth, it is round ... too round for this type of range of rum. We find elegant woody, nuts, empyreumatic notes but especially fruit marmalade. It is chocolate and caramelized in profusion! The finish draws on coconut, coffee, spices.”
