“Eine sehr intensive fruchtig-blumige Nase. Honigmelone und Litschi, leicht vergoren. Die Süße von frisch gepresstem Zuckerrohr. Die über 60% hauen natürlich ganz schön auf den Gaumen. Am Anfang kommt er wie ein Grappa oder ein Obstler rüber. Deutlich herber als die Nase. Etwas Bitterkeit von Mandarinenschale. Zitrus. Beides bleibt auch im Abgang. Der Geruch (sehr nahe an Madeira) gefällt mir besser als der Geschmack.”

“Un rhum des plus élégants, très agréable et raffiné en bouche. La bouche est marqué par le côté amer des agrumes, mais la poire mûre et le côté végétale de la rose adoucissent un peu l'ensemble. On peut reprocher un manque de complexité à ce rhum mais on sent tout le travail effectuer derrière edt cela est très plaisant.”
