Mostly getting green peppercorn and some caramel. A hint of that off cheap cachasa flavour. Clear golden pour. Had a shot at Green Zone after a Foursquare flight, so keep in mind, I may be biased. This says it's exclusive to the bar as well, and given name it's likely. Some salt after the initial taste--it came out on my tongue when I sipped some water after.
First Alambique Serrano. Very good. I wouldn’t have guessed it was aged if I tried it blind, but knowing it’s aged a little, I think I get a little burnt sugar on the back end. Totally up my alley as an quintessential Oaxacan rum. Drinks well below the proof.
