The "2004" was produced in Jamaica at the Clarendon distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler That Boutique-Y Rum Company. It was distilled in 2004 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 13 years. The rum has an ABV of 55,4%. "19.04.2019 Meeting up with some old colleagues at this wonderful hotel. Notes Very light in colour. Nose Very light roasted wood, light smoke, earthy, light ester, fruits. Palate Light wood, fruits, spicy, banana, light dried fruit, pineapple, light smoke, ester. Finish Medium long, wood, light ester, pineapple, spices, spicy."
