The "Fiji Rum" was produced in Fiji at the Secret distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Cave Guildive. It was distilled in 2014 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 11 years. The rum has an ABV of 60%. Extreme fruity & funky 2014 Fiji. Tropical fruits, honey, marzipan, cherry and petrol. For me taste like a good 2001/2009 blend !
