Lots of overripe fruit. Lots of wood influence, but not too bitter. An outstanding Grand Arôme.
Hmmm, this is very tasty! A full fruit basket with a pleasant sweetness, woodiness and bitterness. Sweet, creamy and pleasant on the palate. Alcohol perfectly integrated. Surprisingly less astringent for a Grand Arome, which may be due to its advanced age. Instead, more wood and sweet ripe/overripe fruit come to the fore.
Tasted at the Kirsch Cruise 2024 in Berlin. Nice drop that you were allowed to taste, in my opinion very solid, but unfortunately not the one to fly over. In my opinion, there are far better bottlings out there
A rum like a concentrate. Thickened fruit compote. Spectacular nose, the tropical maturation oozes from every pore. The seductive impression of the nose cannot quite be maintained on the palate; the acidic notes that appear here are a little too present for me. A powerful, sophisticated rum, not for every day.
