Dégusté au WLP 2024, j'ai adoré. Fruits rouges, pains d'épices, douceux.
Salon Lycée Hôtelier : nez gourmand , bouche brute alcool présent avec épices persistants d'où un peu d'amertume. Regoûté à l'anniv cave a Vieux , je monte note, moi s d'amertume et un peu de caractère.
Yoo les frérots, Montebello - brut de fût 6 ans 2017 - 🇬🇵 - 48,2% Assemblage de rhums de 2017 ayant vielli durant presque 6 ans et demi. On y retrouve de la fleur d'oranger, de la brioche beurrée, le tout relevé par de la vanille, un boisé et des notes d'amande torréfiées. La banane se fait une petite place en bouche avec d'autres fruits ce qui en fait un rhum très "glouglou" malgré les degrés. Santé !
